Health Insurance Plan
Laconia provides standard medical benefits. Our Group health insurance plan allows you the freedom to use a network provider or to choose a non-network provider. Highlights of the plan include: 80% coverage for "in-network hospitalization".
401K Plan
To encourage all eligible employees to save on a pre-tax basis and build a financial reserve for their retirement, all regular full-time employees having completed one year of service are eligible to participate in the Laconia 401K savings plan.
Employee Referral Bonus
We are looking for a prospective employee. For every referral made subsequent to this date, we will provide a referral bonus of $250, once the referred candidate has completed six (6) months and another $250 upon completion of twelve (12) months of employment with the organization.
